Q: Who is Weblitx?
A : Weblitx is a leading search engine marketing, PPC management and Internet advertising firm who helps clients all over the world achieve their online marketing goals by using our expertise to deliver superior results. Weblitx was created by two SEM (Search Engine Marketing) industry veterans who saw a need for more affordable plans for companies who wanted to start Internet advertising campaigns without the large budgets that traditional advertising firms require.

Q : How does it work? What do I get when I sign up?
A :The core of each Weblitx plan is your own unique, customized Internet marketing campaign. For each plan, we will use a portion of the amount you spend with us to pay for highly-targeted clicks by managing PPC (Pay-Per-Click) accounts with the major search providers and other PPC networks. The search providers we use are Google, Yahoo, Bing, Ask, AOL and Alta Vista because combined these search providers make up more than 90% of all search engine traffic on the Internet today. There are several differences between each plan, but the main difference is the amount of money we have available to allocate to the cost of clicks for your particular account. Obviously, the more you spend with us, the more clicks we can purchase and therefore the more traffic we can drive to your website. However, PPC management is not the only service you'll receive with each plan. In addition, we utilize other proven techniques to boost your site's traffic. For example, we will optimize the source code on your website to make it more search friendly so your site can be indexed and listed by search engines within their non-paid listings, sometimes called "organic" listings.

Q : How do I know which plan I should sign up for?
A : We have three plans you can choose from : Basic, Standard and Pro.

Weblitx Basic is ideal for small businesses or individuals on a tight budget or for visibility in markets with low competition.

Our most popular plan, Weblitx Standard, offers twice the amount of traffic as Weblitx Basic and works best for businesses that are in more competitive markets.

Weblitx Pro offers the most traffic of our three plans and is great for companies who are in the most competitive markets and want to boost profits quickly.

All plans are all-inclusive and do not involve any set-up fees or third party fees. You will not be billed from the search engines separately. There are no hidden fees or additional per-click charges.

Q : What types of payment do you accept?
A : Weblitx accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We utilize Google Checkout for secure payment processing.

Q : How will I be billed?
A : All of our plans are billed on a monthly basis unless you have chosen the discounted 6-month or 12-month pre-pay options. We use Google Checkout to manage our subscriptions. Google Checkout will attempt to re-charge the original method of payment on a recurring basis based on your original term. If you need to update your payment information you may do so through their service. You will never see a separate charge from the search engines or any other third-party as our plans are all-inclusive.

Q : Is there a contract?
A : There is no contract. You may elect to pay for your services on a month to month basis or take advantage of our 6 month and 12 month discounts. We will attempt to renew your plan based on the same term as originally requested. You may cancel at any time before your plan renews.

Q : Can I upgrade plans?
A : Absolutely, you can upgrade at any time by emailing us at support@weblitx.com or by contacting support at 1-888-769-8774 (ext 202).

Q : What if I want to run a larger campaign than those that are offered in your base plans?
A : While our base plans will certainly provide a boost in traffic to smaller businesses or those operating on tight advertising budgets, we're certainly aware some companies require more robust Internet advertising campaigns. Because our plans are all inclusive, meaning there are no additional per click charges, we use a portion of the amount you spend with us to pay for clickthroughs from users who have searched keywords and phrases at the leading search engines. Obviously, this pricing structure limits the amount of traffic we can provide you with our base plans.

If your company has a larger budget and can allocate funds to larger PPC campaigns then the sky is the limit and Weblitx becomes an even more valuable partner. Search marketing and Internet advertising in general can be a complicated and costly venture without the right expertise and experience. Q : Can an advertising agency hire you if they want to outsource their online marketing?
A : Yes. Weblitx partners with advertising firms that have selected us to manage the Internet advertising segment of their business. Q : Do you have an affiliate or reseller program?
A : Currently, Weblitx does not offer an affiliate or reseller program though it is something that we may add in the future. Please check back with us at a later time.

Q : Do you guarantee rankings, position, or number of clicks/sales?
A : Unfortunately, Weblitx can’t guarantee you any specific ranking or position nor can we guarantee you a certain number of clicks or sales. No one in the industry can legitimately guarantee you certain positions or rankings and you should beware of any company that does. We can guarantee that your ads will run and provide you with tools that you can use to track the traffic generated from those ads. We stand by our work with a cancel anytime policy if you are not pleased with our results.

Q : Why do you need my FTP (File Transfer Protocol) information?
A : Weblitx uses your FTP account information to make direct modifications to the source code of your website in order to optimize it for search engines. The design and structure of your site will not change. We only modify snippets of the HTML code that search engine robots look for when scanning your site. We strictly adhere to best practices and guidelines (also referred to as “white hat” forms of SEO) established by search engine providers. None of your information or site code is ever shared with anyone outside of Weblitx and we take several steps to make sure your information remains private.

Q : Where is my current FTP user name and password or where do I go to get it?
A : Your FTP access is typically the same as your login user name and password where your website is hosted or you may have a control panel login for your hosting account. If you're unsure, just ask your hosting provider.
